Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry & QC Support Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy of our procurement data and supporting our Quality Control department in maintaining high product standards.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update Purchase Order (PO) lists, ensuring all order details and timelines are accurate.
Systematically input inspection records and customer sample data into the internal database.
Compile and summarize weekly QC feedback reports for management review.
Identify and report product quality issues using standardized Defect Codes.
Digitize and file inspection reports to ensure a traceable and organized record-keeping system.
Support the management team with administrative duties or special projects as required.
Requirements
Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above. A major in a related subject (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Admin) is a distinct advantage.
Prior working experience in Purchasing, Logistics, or Quality Control is highly preferred.
Ability to work at least 2 days a week (Wednesday is a mandatory workday).
High accuracy in alphanumeric data entry.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, basic formulas).
Good command of written English for handling international reports and orders.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
