Responsibilities

• Field Support & Client Visits : Conduct regular on-site visits to clinics and medical centres to provide immediate support to VIP doctors and key stakeholders.
• Market Insight : Proactively identify client needs and gather feedback to ensure our services remain at the forefront of the healthcare industry.
• Strategic Planning : Participate in the formulation of operational strategies and marketing tactics; coordinate cross-functional team projects from conceptual planning to successful implementation.
• Account Retention : Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Education : Higher Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline (Life Science, Marketing, or Business-related fields are an advantage).
• Experience : Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn are highly welcome.
• Soft Skills : Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Languages : Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with Photoshop or Canva is a definite advantage.
