Job Description
We are seeking a Technician, Operations to support technical inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance activities. The successful candidate will help ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with established procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, testing, and verification activities according to operational procedures.
- Conduct technical validation activities, including SUR and fraud checks.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and product-related issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support engineers with equipment setup, testing, validation, and production readiness activities.
- Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and basic repair of equipment when required.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, maintenance work, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical operations, manufacturing, testing, inspection, validation, or repair.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technical documentation, work instructions, and quality procedures.
- Experience using testing, diagnostic, or inspection equipment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of quality, safety, and operational standards.
