Senior AI Engineer

Experience

• 4 –10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, MLOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience building and operating production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering solutions end-to-end.

Key Skills

• Strong Python development skills, including APIs, testing, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, AI agents, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, retrieval systems, and AI evaluation/testing frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, PostgreSQL/SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of LLMOps/MLOps, monitoring, observability, AI safety, and cost optimization.
• Strong hand on experience with CI/CD, Infra, Cloud, DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building MCP servers or custom agent tools.
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, or security-focused AI use cases.
• Experience with model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA), self-hosted models, and AI governance.
• Exposure to government, regulated, or security-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agent-based solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, AI workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Implement AI testing, monitoring, safety controls, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture, quality, and operational excellence.
