Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and maintain end-to-end solution architectures for Access Control and Video Surveillance systems across international sites
• Review existing systems and develop modernization, migration, and lifecycle strategies aligned with enterprise standards
• Support cut-over, rollout, acceptance testing, and operational handover to business
• Evaluate emerging technologies, product and system releases, and architectural options to guide future solution decisions and provide recommendations
• Support vendor selection, quotation reviews, implementation planning, and technical decision-making
• Coordinate stakeholders across Security, IT, Operations, Facilities, vendors, and external providers
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in system architecture and design, system administration or technical consulting
• Strong ability to connect business needs with technical and operational design
• Experience in Access Control, Video Surveillance, or similar security-related solutions is highly desirable
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, IT infrastructure, and operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align different interests into a practical solution
• Ability to work across sites, regions, and cross-functional teams
• Possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus
