Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and maintain code, and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and help resolve technical issues in collaboration with development team members, domain architects, support team and application owners
• Document and estimate tasks in user stories and design use cases to meet acceptance criteria and sprint goals
• Collaborate with developers, platform SRE and architects to identify and prioritize system improvements, and develop solutions to meet business needs
• Participate in agile ceremonies, such as planning, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, and align on team workflows and progress
• Contribute to other engineering and innovation topics and coordinate with other IT technical documentation-related application teams, to meet business objectives and optimize development efforts
• Develop continuous skill improvements and collaboration with more experienced colleagues
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or any equivalent course
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields
• Knowledge of working in agile frameworks and scrum teams
• Knowledge of programming and software development skills (e,g Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, Spring Framework , Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, XML, XML catalogues, XSLT, CSS, DTD, ANT script, and GIT/GIT Flow)
• Knowledge of test management in AzureDevOps/Jira
• Skills or knowledge of Graph-RAG architecture using Neo4j or Oracle graph database, LLM and Graph-RAG techniques is preferred
• Skills or knowledge of DITA Specification, DITA Open Toolkit, and oXygen application frameworks is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, good time-management, and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in the English language
