Role

We are hiring a Specification Engineer to drive project specifications and technical engagement with consultants, engineers, architects, and project stakeholders within the construction industry. This role focuses on influencing project design, providing technical support, and ensuring solutions are incorporated into project specifications from the early design stage through project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Promote technical solutions and secure product specifications in construction projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and engineering support to design professionals.
• Review project drawings, designs, and specifications to identify opportunities for solution adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support project development and execution.
• Monitor project pipelines and maintain accurate specification records.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, construction methods, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Structural Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design, consulting engineering, construction, or technical sales.
3. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, and key decision-makers.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits and project support.
