Job Objective:
To manage payroll administration as the core responsibility, while supporting other HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires adaptability to handle manual payroll processes and contribute to the transition toward digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration (Core Focus)
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for employees across head office and mining site
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contribution
- Collect and verify attendance cards, overtime claims, allowances, and other payroll inputs manual.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions to staff.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support audits and reporting
- Assist in process improvements and system enhancements for payroll efficiency.
- Support the transition from manual payroll to digital HR/payroll system.
Other HR Functions
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding documentations.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR database
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives such as staff activities, surveys, and communication.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records.
- General HR Support: Provide assistance in disciplinary processes, performance management, and HR reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in payroll administration and willingness to learn.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage manual processes.
- Adaptable to new digital systems and process improvements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
- Fresh graduates or junior candidates are welcome if eager to learn and grow.
- Training will be provided to ensure success in payroll and HR functions.
