Overview

We are seeking an experienced Connectivity Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of connectivity infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia. This role will be involved in terrestrial fibre networks, subsea cable systems, hyperscale data centre connectivity, and third-party network solutions.

• Lead the design, planning, and delivery of connectivity infrastructure projects from inception through deployment and handover.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including feasibility, permitting, procurement, installation, testing, and acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, contractors, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop technical solutions and oversee the procurement of infrastructure, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, and vendor selection processes.
• Secure permits and approvals from relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Support operational handover and engagement of maintenance and service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project best practices.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, connectivity, or digital infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in terrestrial fibre-optic networks, submarine cable systems, or large-scale network deployments.
• Proven track record managing complex infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Experience within data centre, carrier, telecom, or digital infrastructure environments is highly advantageous.
