【Key Responsibilities】

Develop and iterate core matching & trading algorithms and marketing algorithms, continuously improving key metrics for relevant business scenarios.

Enhance user experience and business performance through algorithm-driven solutions.

Independently manage the end-to-end model development lifecycle, including data processing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

Gain deep understanding of product and business logic, identify weaknesses in models and strategies through data analysis, propose improvements, and drive implementation.

Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies, adapt and innovate algorithms based on business needs, and apply them to production systems.

【Requirements】

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in recommendation systems, search, advertising, or similar domains.

Solid understanding of machine learning principles; hands-on experience in causal inference, time series forecasting, spatiotemporal data mining, multi-task learning, online learning, reinforcement learning, or operations research is a strong plus.

Strong programming skills and proficiency in mainstream machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Genuine passion for algorithm development, high data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a drive for excellence.

Strong communication and presentation skills, eagerness to learn, ability to understand business and product requirements, and a focus on user experience.

Rigorous logical thinking, solid data collection and analysis capabilities, and keen insight into data.

Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills, strong execution ability, and ability to work under pressure.
