Hiring: Middleware Engineer

Location: KL

Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor middleware environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Diagnose and resolve middleware-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and integration failures.

Perform regular maintenance, patching, upgrades, and security enhancements.

Provide technical support to application development and IT teams.

Maintain accurate technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Implement and manage middleware security controls and best practices.

Manage and monitor cloud-based infrastructure and services.

Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Work closely with global teams to deliver and support globally managed services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in Middleware Support, System Administration, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of:

IBM WebSphere

Oracle WebLogic

JBoss

Apache Kafka

Similar Middleware Technologies

Experience with cloud platforms and middleware integration solutions.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Middleware or cloud-related certifications are an added advantage.
