As the Extrusion Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities within Malaysia, Thailand, and other assigned regions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who is eager to leverage technical knowledge and sales expertise to grow our market presence. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and leads through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
• Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to customers, ensuring they understand the value and capabilities of our extrusion solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in the CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market reach


Requirements

• Proven success in building, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and possessing strong commercial and strategic insight.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns, develop strategies, and execute them effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required to engage customers and develop business.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive results autonomously.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the plastics or chemical-related industries, with extrusion experience.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin

Educational Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-oriented role with a hands-on approach.
• Strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes and equipment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
