Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing equipment and processes
• Integrate machines with MES, SCADA, and IIoT systems (SECS/GEM, OPC UA)
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives including smart factory and digitalization projects
• Develop AI/data solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization
• Build traceability and manufacturing data systems (SPC, FDC, RFID/barcode)
• Troubleshoot automation, PLC, robotics, and vision systems
• Lead automation projects from design to production (FAT/SAT, vendor coordination)
• Others task assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Information Technology, Science Computer or related field
• Experience in automation / semiconductor manufacturing preferred
• Experience in smart factory / digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols
• Programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or SQL
• Familiar with Industry 4.0, AI/ML concepts, or data analytics
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills
