Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Planner to coordinate daily catering logistics operations. The role involves planning delivery schedules, coordinating manpower and vehicles, ensuring timely setup for events, and maintaining smooth communication between kitchen, operations, drivers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily catering delivery schedules and event setups
Assign drivers, vehicles, and manpower according to operational requirements
Monitor delivery timelines to ensure punctual setup and collection
Coordinate closely with kitchen and operations teams on event requirements
Ensure all catering equipment, food items, and logistics supplies are prepared accurately
Handle last-minute schedule changes and operational issues efficiently
Liaise with clients regarding delivery timing and logistics arrangements when required
Track vehicle movements and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency
Maintain proper records of logistics schedules, manpower deployment, and vehicle usage
Requirements
Singaporean or PR only
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Experience in logistics, catering operations, or event coordination preferred
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple schedules
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and messaging platforms
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
Familiarity with Singapore roads and routing is an advantage
