ALES ASIA was founded in Taiwan in 2006. Our factory is located in the Taichung Science Park in Taiwan and it has class 1000 and 100 cleanroom (192 m2) and ISO 9001 certificates.

We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA 's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will alway s be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

Support and participate in the bidding phase for elaboration of technical solution, participate in the negotiation of the main contracts;
Responsible for project execution and main events capitalization since contract award or letter of intent until project close-out and formal transfer to Customer Services Group;
Ensure respect of contractual obligations in terms of safety, quality, performance, schedule and budget.
Supervise the activities and works performed by Technology & Process Dept., Procurement Dept., Manufacturing Dept., etc.
Represent E&C towards the Client and develop the company image.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Pre-award:

  • During the bidding phase, support the proposal team to develop Project Execution Strategy. Review the technical proposal to ensure feasibility of supply scope; Review preliminary project schedule, Review the cost estimation sheet to ensure mainly the consistency with scope of supply and its optimization, and review the contract payment terms and conditions to reduce possible risks; review the PRA with mitigation plan.

Project execution:

  • Based on the contract, establish and update the Project Execution plan; Track and monitor the implementation of Project Execution Plan;

  • In compliance with company's requirements, manage, organize and coordinates the provision of overall obligation and services rendered to the Client in conjunction with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up works, utilizing project management methods and tools;

  • Ensure that the Project Management System is implemented along with the project execution;

  • Manage project team by giving the comprehensive project ideas to the team members. Participate in key performance indicator review of core project team members;

  • Identify new risks and opportunities during project execution phase, ensuring effective mitigation of risks and cashing in on the opportunities;

  • Reporting on the project to management regularly;

  • Leading project capitalization meeting to promote lessons learnt;

  • Project close-out;

  • Be accountable and responsible for the results of the project in terms of safety, quality, schedule and cost:

Safety: validate the Project HSE Plan, ensure the compliance with its requirements;

Quality: Perform project reviews and ensure follow-up recommendations; Open, control and follows-up on the treatment of non conformances and/or anomalies; Monitor and ensure that quality control requirements are properly followed and Quality Control documents are well managed; Report on quality activities;

Planning: validate the updated Master Project Schedule; validate the resource planning. Monitor the actual progress of work, ensure that the Master Project Schedule is followed and take necessary action to meet the project schedule;

Cost: Validate Project Budget and Cash Flow curve;

Customer related:

  • Contract Management of client and partners jointly with commercial project manager: including but not limited to Contract price and payment terms; modification and additional agreement; termination clause; submission of performance bonds, guarantees, and insurance policies; taxes and other fiscal aspects; issuance of Milestone Certificates; manage the amendment of contract;

  • Relationship management with client: conducting project communication, meetings, correspondences and reporting with client, representing E&C towards the client and developing company image.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor degree or above in engineering

  • Above 5 years working experience in the related fields of engineering, designing, project management, finance and procurement;

  • Above 3 years experience of project management in engineering;

  • Good management, coordination skills and decision taking capability;

  • Good teamwork and leadership ability;

  • Professional English.
