Key Responsibilities
Analysis & Architecture
- Conduct Analysis & Design (A&D) workshops to capture business requirements.
- Perform comprehensive impact assessments to evaluate proposed system changes and integrations.
Development & Solutioning
- Design, develop, and configure robust solutions within the Avaloq core banking environment.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues reported by internal teams and external clients.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Design and prepare detailed test cases, explicitly including BAU non-Regression scenarios.
- Execute SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring precise documentation of test evidence and defect logging.
Stakeholder Management & Handovers
- Lead walkthroughs and functional workshops for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth knowledge transfer (KT) and handovers for deployed solutions and BAU operations.
Project Support
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Test Manager to track milestones, mitigate risks, and support overall project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Core Competency: Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Avaloq Banking Suite.
- Experience: Proven track record in Avaloq configuration/development as well as executing SIT and UAT phases.
- Certification: ABRS (Avaloq Certified Business Refactoring Specialist) is preferred but not required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
