We're looking for a motivated Architectural Assistant to join our growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare drawing for Authorities submission / tender and construction purposes, able to use BIM Drafting.
• Assist Project Architect to handle submission to local Authorities (URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA, PUB, etc)
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and basic Revit / BIM (full Revit proficiency is a plus).
• Familiar with Singapore building codes and submission process
