Job Summary

We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed residential projects to fulfill client specifications and regulatory requirements
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions to secure project approvals from authorities
• Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to produce accurate design documentation and plans
• Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations
• Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating accountability and proactive problem-solving
• Apply IT skills to support design and documentation workflows effectively
• Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality residential designs that meet client expectations
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence
