Mcentury is a premium business workspace and enterprise services platform in Suntec City, Singapore CBD. We provide private offices, business facilities, and support services for founders, SMEs, investors, and growing companies, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Community & Leasing Executive to manage daily workspace operations, deliver exceptional tenant experiences, and support leasing efforts to drive occupancy growth in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Workspace Operations & Tenant Support

  • Manage daily operations of private offices, meeting rooms, and shared facilities to ensure smooth functionality
  • Coordinate office access, tenant onboarding, and workspace readiness to optimize client experience
  • Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests and operational issues
  • Maintain workspace presentation, cleanliness, and uphold premium service standards
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely service delivery

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for tenants and visitors, fostering positive interactions
  • Build and sustain strong tenant relationships to improve retention rates
  • Support tenant engagement and business networking initiatives to enhance community value
  • Proactively resolve operational issues to maintain tenant satisfaction

Leasing & Business Development Support

  • Conduct office tours and clearly communicate workspace solutions to prospective clients
  • Follow up diligently with enquiries and prospective leads to convert interest into occupancy
  • Coordinate with referral partners, agencies, and leasing channels to expand client base
  • Support occupancy and leasing targets through effective customer engagement and follow-up

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, Marketing, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, serviced office, commercial property, customer service, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated in professional settings
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support regional clients and cross-border communication
  • Demonstrated responsibility and customer service mindset in previous roles
  • Sales-oriented with proven follow-up skills to drive leasing outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools for operational and client management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in premium coworking spaces
  • Background in serviced office operations
  • Hospitality or hotel guest relations experience
  • Commercial leasing or property coordination experience
  • Client success or account servicing experience
