Our client, an NGO dedicated to eldercare and community health is seeking a Curriculum Development Lead to join their team.
Job Summary
Lead the curriculum design team to develop and implement sector-relevant training programs that strengthen the ILTC workforce. Mentor developers, collaborate with SMEs, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based blended learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the curriculum development team to conduct needs analysis, design instructional materials, and implement blended learning solutions that meet ILTC workforce requirements
- Drive the adoption of standardized curriculum design frameworks to ensure alignment with current industry practices and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify ILTC training needs and develop tailored, evidence-based content
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure learning outcomes are effective, efficient, and engaging for diverse learners
- Integrate e-learning, classroom, and workplace learning modalities to deliver comprehensive blended learning programs
- Provide specialist advice to trainers to maintain vocational learning standards that are relevant and market-driven within the ILTC sector
Required competencies and certifications
- WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) – mandatory
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in curriculum or learning design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with curriculum design models, instructional methodologies, and blended learning approaches
- Experience with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and/or AIC-funded programmes
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin; knowledge of local dialects is a plus to effectively engage senior learners
- Strong stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and project management skills
- Awareness of emerging educational needs, technologies, and lifelong learning practices
