Accenture is seeking an emerging Client Account Lead to support a strategic Software & Platforms client across Southeast Asia. This role is designed for a high‑potential professional who brings a consultative mindset, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to operate effectively within small, agile teams while contributing to both delivery and account growth.
The role provides exposure to senior stakeholders, commercial strategy, and regional collaboration, with a clear pathway to grow into a full Client Account Lead position.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of a strategic client account, building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
Partner with client teams to understand business priorities and contribute to shaping transformation, innovation, and operational initiatives
Collaborate with cross‑functional Accenture teams across geographies and time zones to deliver aligned outcomes
Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities, supporting deal shaping, and assisting in the development of client proposals
Support management of account financials, including pipeline tracking and key commercial metrics
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s industry and operating environment, particularly within the software and platforms ecosystem
Operate in an agile, individual‑contributor capacity when required, with flexibility to travel within the region as business needs arise
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting, account management, or a combination of both
Experience within the Software & Platforms industry, including exposure to large platform‑based organizations
Proven experience engaging with senior client stakeholders at Director or Vice President level, with some exposure to C‑suite interactions
Track record of supporting transformation or operational programs in complex enterprise environments
Experience contributing to commercial discussions, account growth initiatives, or deal support activities
Ability to work effectively across Southeast Asia markets and multicultural environments
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the Southeast Asia technology landscape, including emerging software and platform players
Experience working within regional or global account structures
Exposure to agile delivery models and cross‑functional team environments
