What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and schedule interviews (Zoom & face-to-face)
• Liaise with candidates and provide interview support
• Manage onboarding and administrative processes
• Support recruitment operations and candidate tracking
• Assist with team events, trainings, and engagement activities
• Handle basic admin coordination and documentation
• Support day-to-day team operations and communications
• Work closely with management to support division growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with people
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Canva
• Prior admin, coordination, customer service, or recruitment experience is a bonus
