Job Responsibilities:
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide retail associates to ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
Lead and support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
Maintain the store’s cleanliness, visual presentation, and stock availability at all times.
Operate cash registers and handle customer purchases accurately.
Proactively support in-store promotional activities and contribute to a positive working environment.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or supervisory role preferred.
Passionate about customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Keen eye for store presentation and cleanliness standards.
