In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our wellness centre.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner
2. Handling incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
3. Scheduling and managing appointments and reservations
4. Providing information about our services, packages and promotions
5. Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry and inventory management
6. Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and maintained
7. Offering excellent customer service and resolving any customer queries or concerns
