Hiring: Assistant Manager / Floor Assistant / Captain / Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager / Floor Assistant to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow within the company. We are looking for a team player with leadership skills, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Support daily restaurant operations

•⁠ ⁠Lead and coordinate the floor team

•⁠ ⁠Ensure excellent customer experience

•⁠ ⁠Maintain high service and hygiene standards

•⁠ ⁠Assist with staff training and teamwork

•⁠ ⁠Take initiative and contribute to the restaurant’s growth

Schedule

•⁠ ⁠Full-time position

•⁠ ⁠5.5 working days/week

•⁠ ⁠1.5 weekday off

•⁠ ⁠Restaurant open daily

Salary

$2500 to $4000 according experience and education

Requirements
