Responsibilities:
- Support the project team by understanding client objectives and project goals, and help translate them into clear action points.
- Assist in developing project plans and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Monitor daily project activities and follow up with team members to ensure work is progressing according to timelines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, assets, and documentation to ensure deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated.
- Assist in coordinating resource assignments and proactively identify any potential resource challenges.
- Monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee and identify potential issues, and propose solutions in advance.
- Identify client needs and contribute ideas to ensure project outcomes align with objective and future opportunities.
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of high-quality service, and gather and act on client feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients, and assist in preparing project updates and status reports.
- Support documentation of functional requirements, project specifications, and related material along with project team members.
- Conduct project debriefs by capturing lessons learned, documenting key outcomes, and ensuring insights are properly recorded and shared with the team.
- Prepare essential project documentation such as execution plans, SLAs, NDAs, and other required materials.
