任职资格

Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in building, property, or facilities management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and contractor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
Able to work on weekends or public holidays when necessary.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

岗位职责

Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the building and facilities.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, cleaning, security, and landscaping activities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Handle tenant or resident enquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers regarding maintenance and repair works.
Monitor and ensure compliance with building rules, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain proper records of maintenance schedules, incidents, and operational reports.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of building-related supplies and services.
Ensure all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
