About the Job
The PAYROLL INTERN will assist in managing payroll administration and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities. They will also support timekeeping, statutory contributions, and employee record management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration, including processing monthly timesheets, verifying timekeeping information, and managing overtime claims, leave management, and shift schedules in the time attendance system and payroll tracker.
- Enter and maintain employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status, in the payroll system.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including assisting with employee agreements, new hire paperwork, and contract renewals.
- Assist with other admin & payroll-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
- An internship with a duration of 6 months is preferred. (July Intake 2026)
- 5 days of work per week
