Full Time Engineering Supervisor - Engineer Jobs, in San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and enhance equipment reliability.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage cost improvement projects.

• Ensure smooth operation of machines in production, utilities / electrical, brewing, and packaging areas through electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Allocate resources and manpower efficiently to minimize downtime during operations.

• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance while supervising modification work to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with standards.

• Supervise and train a team of Technicians to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance work;

• Knowledge of PLC system and holder of REW A0 is preferred.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 noon – 9:00 pm (shift work may be required as needed).
