Service Trainee/ Technician

Responsibilities :
- Provide telephone, email, onsite installation, repair & technical support to our clients
- Deliver & set up company’s devices at user site
- Provide support on IT/IOT/RFID/AUTO-ID system and device
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements :
- F.5/DSE or above
- No working experience is required
- Hardworking with positive attitude and willing to do outdoor work
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Basic computer operation knowledge
- General internet knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese
- Basic English reading
- Willing to perform shift duty, 5 days in a week depends on roster, shift duty allowance will be provided
