This role will be pivotal in shaping the company's technology landscape, ensuring robust architecture, secure systems, and innovative solutions that support business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture: Define and oversee application and infrastructure architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business strategy.

• Programming Oversight: Review and verify code structures; provide guidance on best practices in software development.

• Cloud Expertise: Lead cloud strategy and implementation, with strong knowledge of AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• DevOps Leadership: Drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Cybersecurity: Strengthen security posture through risk assessments, audits, and proactive measures to safeguard systems and data.

• Application Architecture: Design and oversee enterprise applications, ensuring integration across business functions.

• AI Collaboration: Partner with the Data team to advance the company's AI journey, embedding intelligence into business processes.

• Team Coaching: Mentor IT team members, fostering skill development and a proactive, solution-oriented culture.

• Independent Leadership: Operate with autonomy, taking ownership of initiatives while reporting progress to senior management.

Candidate Profile

7+ years of progressive IT experience, with strong exposure to solution architecture and application design.

Full stack background (best in Python, VueJS), focus in web and AI product development.

Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (best in AWS/ OCI), DevOps (best in Jenkins), and cybersecurity.

Proven ability to review and validate code structures and guide developers.

Strong understanding of application architecture and system integration.

Experience collaborating with data teams on AI initiatives.

Dynamic, proactive and adaptable, team-player, with a "to-do" attitude.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while coaching and mentoring team members.

Excellent communication skills in Cantoneese, able to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
