Job Description:
To provide technical support in IT projects, including system design, development, system test, user acceptance test, system deployment and preparation of system documentation
To provide on-going maintenance support for end-user computing standalone programs
To prepare ad hoc and routine reports and statistics
To provide PC support, including assisting to deliver online courses and implementing Electronic Record Keeping System
To provide technical support for procurement of hardware, software and services
To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors and the management
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 3 years experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support & in SQL
Must have experience in Microsoft VBA
Must have experience in PC LAN support
Experience in office automation is highly desirable
Experience in Microsoft Access is highly desirable
Experience in IT Procurement is desirable
Written test may be required during the interview
