Job Duties:
To perform technical support for internal PC LANs, user workstations, and office equipment

To liaise with different counterparts and service contractors of the Government for ongoing maintenance and enhancement tasks related to PC LANs, user workstations, and office equipment

To provide support on site preparation and network cabling connections for user offices and data centre relocation

To perform problem diagnosis, program fixing and testing for various internal software components including system code and data model

Job Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

At least 3 years' experience in IT industry

Experience in Site Preparation Experience is required

Knowledge and/or experience in the control and operation of Microsoft Windows and Windows Server

Experience in PC LAN support is required
