岗位职责

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and deliver scalable AI/ML and Generative AI platforms , including LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Establish and operationalize MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices to streamline the end-to-end AI lifecycle
  • Lead hands-on development of platform components, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes)
  • Drive innovation through POCs , evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., vLLM, Weaviate, Dify) and scaling successful solutions into production
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to align AI capabilities with strategic goals
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team while guiding architecture decisions and ensuring delivery excellence

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline , with 3+ years' experience in AI/ML platform engineering
  • Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning (e.g., LoRA), and agentic AI frameworks
  • Proven experience in MLOps / LLMOps , with hands-on exposure to AI platform delivery in production
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL , and modern DevOps stack (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable, GPU-enabled systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as vLLM, Weaviate, Dify, MLflow, Ray is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills; able to lead while remaining hands-on
