Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator/Consumer Experience to develop engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, skilled in content production, and understands audience engagement strategies.

Job Description

• Develop and create high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, and copy) for social media and marketing materials.
• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement
• Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
• Edit and enhance visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
• Write compelling captions and other marketing copy that align with brand messaging.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional goals and brand voice.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Provide assistance with a variety of tasks as assigned by a superior, including but not limited to content creation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin.) and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in SEO, analytics, and audience insights is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in content marketing, branding, or advertising.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and community engagement strategies

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
