Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and equipment according to SOPs
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustment, and minor troubleshooting
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Record production data, output, and defects accurately
• Follow safety rules, company policies, and housekeeping standards (5S)
• Assist in material handling and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
• Support team members and supervisors to achieve production targets

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school education
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
