We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for geotechnical and structural engineering design, technical analysis, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Geotechnical Analysis & Design. Perform detailed geotechnical analysis and design for foundations, retaining structures, earthworks, slope stability, deep excavation and ground improvement.
• Integrate & Collaborate. Integrate geotechnical findings into structural and civil design, including load transfer, settlement prediction and soil - structure interaction.
• Design & Documentation. Prepare civil and structural design drawings, calculations and specifications in accordance with local codes. (e.g. Eurocode, BS, SS).
• Coordinate & Review. Evaluate contractor proposal for temporary works, earth retaining stabilizing structures (ERSS) and dewatering systems. Ensure all design works meet applicable codes, standards and project specifications.
• Quality & Risk. Participate in internal and external design reviews. Contribute to risk assessments and ensure geotechnical aspects of design are robust and buildable.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Software Proficiency ; TEKLA, PLAXIS, STAAD.PRO, ETABS, AUTOCAD.
• Familiar with soil mechanics, foundation engineering, construction methods, GI standards and local authority regulations.
• Familiarity with design and construction of ERSS, deep foundation (piles, barrettes) and ground improvement techniques.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Malaysian only.
