Role Overview
The selected candidate will support the Human Resources team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily HR operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment coordination, supporting benefits administration, and contributing to various HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities (Training & Protege Program Management)
- Conduct briefing sessions for candidates joining the Protege / train-and-place program
- Plan and coordinate training schedules, role-play sessions, and onboarding activities
- Track candidate progress and ensure completion of required training milestones
- Maintain and regularly update the Learning Management System (LMS) and onboarding tracker for accuracy
- Ensure LMS platforms and learning processes operate effectively and efficiently
Placement & Partner Coordination
- Work closely with host companies and partner organizations to facilitate successful candidate placements
- Coordinate onboarding processes with external partners after training completion
- Support and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to ensure smooth collaboration
HR Administration & Documentation
- Prepare and issue offer letters, onboarding documents, and program-related contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records throughout the program lifecycle
- Assist with payroll-related documentation and other basic HR administrative tasks when required
Client Service & Communication (Core Focus)
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and potential partners to promote the Protege / train-and-place program
- Respond to enquiries from candidates and clients and provide timely solutions
- Manage escalations and operational issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist in preparing and sharing EDM announcements and updates through WhatsApp and other communication channels
HR Operations Support
- Support general HR operations, including benefits administration and related tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvements in HR processes and overall candidate experience
Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to service quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of labour laws and payroll processes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Good problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
