Key Responsibilities

• Carry out manual assembly work per work instruction and documented ISO procedures.
• Handles all tooling in a safe and careful manner during assembly and storage.
• Ensures production targets are met effectively and efficiently.
• Participates in teams and task forces within both manufacturing and the company when required.
• Abides by company safety policies and procedures, including general housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
• Ensures consistent quality of output & conformance to documented specifications.
• Identifies cost savings within manufacturing.
• Ensure assembly work is carried out at optimal level of efficiency; works on reducing product assemble times.
• Identifies and segregates rejected or questionable materials (in-process) from conforming materials.
• Complete salvage plan form according to documented ISO procedures.
• Labels, packs and transfers product when required, handling products with care at all times.
• Complete production reports in a timely manner.
• Good understanding of Intermediate 5S ( Area Owner ).
• Capable to handle minimum Two of the Machine/Equipment skills.
• To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions. To responsible, accountable and committed to fulfill the codes and statements prescribed in the policies
• The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other related duties may be added from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
