Network Admin – L2/L3
- Hands on experience in FortiGate firewalls including wireless technologies (Example – Cisco/Aruba/Forti AP)
• Hands on experience in F5 load balancers and driving the calls end to end be it an outage or critical deliverables.
• Hands on experience in providing support solutions in WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics and Security technologies.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and related components.
- AAA, SNMP and other Router Management options.
- Clear pass configuration and SDwan Migration from Fortinet to Aruba
- Design & maintain enterprise network architecture
- Core routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Data center networking (VXLAN, ACI, Spine-Leaf)
- Cloud networking (AWS / Azure VPC, VPN, ExpressRoute)
- Ensure high availability & redundancy
- Lead major incident troubleshooting (P1/P2)
- Experience in configuring Trunk, VTP, VLANs
- Experience in implementing switch port security.
- Collaborate with Engineering/Planning, IT, Product Development, and external delivery and support teams to manage the design and implementation of client projects.
- Oversee customer network documentation such as solution design document, record of change, and network diagrams.
- Resolving complex technical problems, multitasking, and being a customer advocated to achieve customer success.
- Experience interacting with customers in a client facing role with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience and Skills Required:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience network Security operations and troubleshooting
• Experience operating and/or designing an enterprise-wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN)
• Experience operating and/or designing network security systems (e.g. Firewall)
• ITIL knowledge (understanding of Service Now flow will be added advantage)
