Develop new accounts by reaching out to potential clients for business opportunities
Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Manage existing clients in fulfilling job orders given
Maintain and build new and existing relationships with HR and business partners
Learn of industry trends and benchmarks to provide quality advice to clients
Work on possible projects and perform project management
Work on any ad-hoc projects as and when needed
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Highly driven and enthusiastic
At least 1 years relevant experience
Candidate must possess prior experience working in an IT recruitment company, with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific hiring processes
Able to communicate in English effectively and professionally
Strong desire to achieve great results
Able to work as team and be independent at the same time
Have experience working in IT staffing industry
Candidates with technical background or experience in IT are a big plus
