Role Overview
The candidate plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring day-to-day HR operations run efficiently. This position includes responsibilities such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with benefits administration, and supporting various HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Training & Protege Program Management)
- Conduct contract briefing sessions for candidates enrolled in the Protege / train-and-place program.
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, role-play sessions, and onboarding activities.
- Monitor candidate progress and ensure timely completion of training requirements.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and onboarding master tracker for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure LMS platforms and learning processes are properly configured and functioning effectively.
Placement & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with host companies and partner employers participating in the program to ensure smooth placement of graduates.
- Coordinate onboarding of candidates with external partners upon successful program completion.
- Support relationship management with partner companies to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
HR Administration & Documentation
- Assist in preparing and issuing offer letters, onboarding documents, and program-related contracts.
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support payroll-related documentation and basic HR administrative tasks when required.
Client Service & Communication (Key Focus)
- Perform outbound calls to clients and prospective partners to promote the Protege / train-and-place program.
- Assist in responding to inquiries and resolving candidate or client concerns in a timely manner.
- Handle escalations and operational issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist in creating and distributing announcement EDMs and updates via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in general HR operations, including benefits coordination and administrative support.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and candidate experience.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and payroll administration.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
