Responsibilities

Assist in planning and managing MEP projects

Act as the main contact for clients

Coordinate internal teams and sub‑consultants

Handle contracts, variation orders, and project documentation

Prepare budgets, invoices, and financial reports

Conduct quality checks

Identify project risks and propose solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related engineering

5–10 years’ MEP project management experience (contractor or consultancy)

Experience in data centre or critical facilities projects is a plus

Strong project management and organisational skills

Good understanding of MEP systems and design process

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

PMP or similar certification is an advantage

Good command of English; strong communication skills
