We are seeking an energetic and innovative individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager / Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities across all sites, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
Job Descriptions:
· To provide leadership and coordination of maintenance building management staffs allocated to a project and manages the performance of the team.
· For ensuring delivery of agreed mechanical & electrical building performance targets for the defined project or projects.
· To ensure adherence to all company management systems and license conditions.
· To manage all onsite interfaces and de – conflict tasks and alleviate risks.
· To ensure that all mechanical, electrical & building services activities on the project comply with all legal requirements.
· To be proactively involved in supporting the Management throughout the duration of the project.
· To provide maintenance and technical advice as required in the projects.
· To ensure that mechanical & electrical risk assessments and safe systems of work submitted by contractors/others meet the requirements of the company management systems.
· To undertake accurate reporting of all maintenance activities and issues which affect the progress and quality and which provide a reflection of the contractor's performance against the agreed contract program.
· To maintain appropriate records of all work activities.
· To ensure that mechanical & electrical contractors and their operatives comply with the approved design documentation and agreed Safe System of Work, together with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
· To aid the early identification and notification of contract variances, ensuring they are fully recorded, to be processed through the project management team.
· To respond to client or contractor feedback.
· To manage M&E staff as required in support of project objectives.
· Provide a daily safety inspection report for each of their projects.
· To attend any emergency calls at the projects when needed.
Job Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Electrical background / Chargeman.
2. Having a Chargeman certificate is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience hands-on site supervision of M&E works in BUILDING MAINTENANCE filed is required.
4. Have strong leadership skills, responsible for coaching, resolving issues & serving as a link between the staff & client.
5. Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
6. Able to work in a fast paced environment.
7. Posses own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
