Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our steel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment used in steel processing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor steel processing machinery and heavy equipment
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and company regulations
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a machine operator in the steel or manufacturing industry
• Valid heavy machinery operator license issued by JPJ
• CIDB certification for construction machinery (if applicable)
• Hydraulic Excavator Operator Certification from MBAM
• Strong understanding of machine operations and safety practices
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding industrial environment
• Willingness to work shifts (Day & Night), including overtime if required
