HR EXECUTIVE JOB DETAILS

Position: HR Executive

Location: Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, annual leave & career growth opportunities

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday – Thursday)

Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Handle employee onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and welfare.
• Prepare HR-related correspondence such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and warning letters.
• Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs and human resource development activities.
• Update employee data and prepare HR reports as required.
• Liaise with government agencies such as EPF, SOCSO, and other relevant authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Employment Act regulations and HR practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
