Data Center Engineer (APAC Hub) | Top-Tier Global Quant Giant

We are partnering with a Global Quantitative Investment Manager to secure a heavyweight Data Center Engineer to join their elite global infrastructure team.

What You’ll Own

• Global Footprint: Drive the physical build-out, deployment, and operation of high-performance computing (HPC) data centers and co-location estates supporting global trading.
• Vendor Command: Act as the strategic anchor working with global 3rd-party providers and major financial exchanges across the Asia Pacific region.
• Dual Track: Take full accountability for global co-location build-outs (Greenfield projects) as well as mission-critical BAU maintenance.
• Global Mobility: Expect domestic and international travel to critical exchange hubs worldwide.

What You Bring

• APAC Ecosystem Depth: Good knowledge of data centre and financial markets exchange co-location vendor ecosystems across APAC.
• Physical Craftsmanship: A true passion for engineering clean, maintainable, and pristine physical infrastructure (cabling, racking, cooling) to the highest operational & security standards.
• Documentation Rigor: Exceptional documentation skills to ensure data centre builds and design blueprints are fully traceable.
• Language Edge: Ability to speak multiple languages is a strong advantage for seamless regional cross-border collaboration.
