Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within plastic injection moulding and related industries.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend evaluation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business sustainability.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and costing analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Production teams.
- Participate in customer audits and ensure compliance with RBA and WCA requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of plastic injection moulding is an added advantage.
Authority
- Engage and negotiate with potential and existing customers.
- Recommend pricing strategies and commercial terms (subject to management approval).
Working Condition
- Combination of office and field work.
- Frequent travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New customer acquisition ≥ 3 per quarter.
- Annual sales growth ≥ 15%.
- Proposal conversion rate ≥ 30%.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
