Technical Support Engineer
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help deploy, configure, and support our enterprise AI solutions at customer sites.You will work closely with our engineering team and customers to ensure successful implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of our AI applications.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and configure software at customer environments
- Support customer onboarding and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot application, network, and infrastructure issues
- Work closely with customer IT teams during implementation
- Configure and validate APIs, integrations, and application settings
- Perform testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Train users and provide technical guidance
- Escalate bugs and technical issues to engineering teams
- Provide onsite and remote technical support when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Comfortable working with Linux environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, IP, ports, firewalls, VPN)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Postman, or curl
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and customer-facing experience
- Willing to travel and work onsite at customer locations when required
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications
- Docker knowledge
- AWS or cloud platform exposure
- Basic scripting experience (Bash or Python)
- Experience working with AI, chatbot, speech, or contact center solutions

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers, and ensuring successful software deployments. You don't need to be a software developer, but you should be technically curious, comfortable with Linux and APIs, and able to troubleshoot issues independently.
