The IT resource is responsible for supporting business process and applications workflow, accurate alerts triggering, extensive monitoring with error and anomaly detection, capable to address security and audit gaps, frequent educate and align with business to improve and support the business processes via simplification and automation.
Application support by attending to business request promptly. Provide business assistance from 9am - 10pm including weekends and public holidays.
Customization on any out of the box features and business requirements to improve overall applications performance, services and stability.
Perform and automate application patching, refresh and on-going performance fine-tuning.
Focus on business trend analysis, tickets avoidance and proactive monitoring to improve the applications stability and performance, customer experience, cost and manual efforts reduction.
Address/implement all the current security and audit gaps including access
Qualification requirements:
Relevant Experience: Min 2 years
Candidate with applications development and support background, good understanding in telecommunications business process, mobile applications, website and portal development, scripting and automation approach.
Web Technologies : JSON, REST Services, .Net, Windows IIS, Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM), Apache Tomcat
Scripting : Java, Python, UNIX, C#, SQL
